A sked is a scheduled contact. Two stations can work each other through a satellite only while the same bird is above the horizon at both ends at the same time. Enter your station and theirs, and this finds the windows when a satellite is mutually visible to both over the next 24 hours, so you can pick a time to meet on the air.

Both stations are taken at sea level; real windows shift a little with terrain and antenna horizon. A higher minimum elevation gives shorter but easier windows.
